Get it picked and delivered!

Want us to do the shopping?  We can gather all of your merchandise and have it ready to pick up for a flat fee of $40* or we can deliver your pulled order to your home for $99**!  

This service is available in-store only. Picked orders are available for you within two hours, up until 7pm (6pm Sunday). For more information, call 713-688-7867 or 1800-434-4532.  If you’re in the store just ask any co-worker to help get you started.

*This is a non-refundable service. Orders are for in stock items only. As-is items are not included in this service. Small Business orders are excluded and will be handled through that department. **Standard delivery rates apply, check your zip code for current rates.

Assembly Service

Most IKEA products are designed to be assembled by the customer but we can arrange for an in-home assembly service. Call for details: 713-688-7867

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging within 90 days. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used bedding (linens, comforters, pillows, and pillow tops), textiles (curtains, throw pillows/blankets, rugs and slipcovers), cut fabric, products from the As-Is department, and custom countertops.

Love it or Exchange it

If you don't love your new IKEA mattresses you may exchange your mattress once within 90 days! Return your mattress with your receipt to the store and select your new mattress. We are unable to exchange your mattress if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused.

Purchased Online :

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 90 days unless noted below. A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. ie. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account.

 
Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used bedding (linens, comforters, pillows, pillow tops and mattresses (see below for Mattresses "Love it or Exchange it" Return Policy). 
 
Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise. 
 
If your Internet/phone order was delivered by truck and would like a IKEA to arrange for a pickup of the merchandise you would like to return, please contact Customer Service insert email address. Return delivery fees may apply.
 
 
If you would like to return the item to your local IKEA store, an IKEA Gift Card refund will be issued for the merchandise and applicable taxes however the delivery and handling fees will not be refunded. If you would prefer the refund to be issued in the original form of payment, please contact IKEA Home Shopping insert email address here. 
 
 
Cancellation Policy
If you have placed an IKEA Houston Internet order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact Customer Service at insert email address here.. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a full refund for the value of the merchandise only (including applicable tax); shipping and handling will not be refunded.
